In the heart of Mahmutlar, Alanya, just 700 meters from the golden beaches of the Mediterranean, rises Novita Square Residence—a modern residential complex designed to blend comfort, luxury, and convenience.
The project consists of two elegant blocks, each soaring ten floors high, with a total of 133 stylish apartments. Block A houses 56 units, while Block B offers 77, along with 11 offices and 9 commercial properties, bringing life and vibrancy right into the residence itself.
Future residents can choose from a variety of thoughtfully designed apartment types: cozy 1+1 units ranging from 53.45 to 56.20 m², spacious 2+1 apartments of 98 m², elegant 2+1 penthouses between 105.10 and 121.20 m², and impressive 3+1 penthouses offering 182.35 m² of panoramic living space.
Construction of this modern complex began in June 2023 and is scheduled for completion in December 2025, with a convenient payment plan: 30% down payment and the remainder payable in interest-free installments until the end of construction.
But Novita Square Residence is more than just a home—it’s a lifestyle. Residents will enjoy a wide range of amenities designed for relaxation, wellness, and family life. The complex includes an outdoor pool with jacuzzi, an aquapark for fun-filled days, and an indoor pool for year-round swimming. A children’s pool and playground create a safe space for little ones, while adults can take advantage of two gyms, a traditional Turkish bath, steam room, and sauna.
For leisure and gatherings, there are barbecue areas, cozy gazebos, and beautifully landscaped spaces. Practical features such as outdoor parking, a generator, and an on-site doorman ensure comfort and peace of mind.
Novita Square Residence is more than just an address—it’s a chance to live the Mediterranean dream in a place where modern design, seaside charm, and everyday convenience meet.
