We will then prepare a viewing route with suitable apartments, villas or off-plan developments. Your time in Alanya will be spent viewing properties that match your price range, preferred location and preferred payment terms.
During the trip, you can compare completed homes with properties under construction, ask questions about the paperwork and learn about the costs involved in buying property in Turkey. You will also get a clearer picture of how Alanya’s neighbourhoods differ in everyday life.

Property Viewings
Your representative checks current availability before you arrive and prepares the viewing schedule. Depending on your request, the shortlist can include apartments, villas and off-plan developments within the agreed budget.
Property Purchase Consultation
<p>We explain the title deed transfer, purchase costs, developer payment plans and each stage of the purchase. 01. Arrival and Check-In
Your driver meets you at the airport and brings you to Alanya. Once you have checked in, you will meet your representative and go through the plan for your visit.

02. Discovering Alanya
Your representative shows you the parts of Alanya that fit your budget and plans. You can see how each neighbourhood is positioned, how long it takes to reach the beach and what is available nearby.

03. Property Viewings
You visit the homes selected before your arrival and compare them in person. Your representative shows you around each apartment and residential development, explains the purchase terms and answers your questions.

04. Comparing Your Shortlist
After the viewings, we sit down to discuss your impressions and identify the properties you would like to examine more closely. Any strong candidate can be viewed again.
A second visit gives you time to look through the apartment once more, clarify the details and compare the terms. When you find the right property, your representative contacts the owner or developer to discuss the price and payment arrangements.

05. Choosing a Property and Signing the Contract
Once you have chosen a property, the sales contract is prepared in Turkish and in your preferred language. It sets out the purchase price, deposit or first payment, payment schedule, items included in the sale and the key handover date.
<p>For a <a title="off plan apartments in Alanya" href="https://musahomes.com/real-estate/turkey?labels%5B0%5D=9&order=from_new_to_old" target="_blank" rel="noopener">new-build property in Alanya</a>, the contract is signed by the buyer and an authorised representative of the construction company, then stamped by the developer. For a resale property, the owner signs as the seller.</p>
After signing, the buyer pays a deposit or the agreed first instalment. If the full amount is not ready for transfer on the day, the remaining balance can be sent by bank transfer after the buyer returns to their country of residence. The contract records all amounts, payment dates and bank details.
Developer instalment plans are also available for selected new-build properties.
Once the agreed payment has been made, the property is taken off the market. Your Musa Homes representative continues to coordinate the documents, payments and title deed transfer.
When Is the Introductory Tour Free?
If you purchase property through Musa Homes during the Introductory Tour, we cover the agreed programme costs.
If you decide not to purchase, you pay the actual cost of the services provided. The final amount is based on the airport transfers, accommodation and any other services agreed before the trip.
We explain the terms before your tour is booked. You will know what is included and how the amount is calculated if no purchase takes place.
