Our project is located in the city centre on Sugozu district. The distance from it to Gazipaşa airport is 40 km and to the sea is 1.1 km.

There are no problems with movement and transportation because of highway and ring
road crossing are in close proximity of the project.

There are all necessary infrastructure not far from our complex such as hospital, bank, school, ATM, cafes and restaurants, bazaar and sea food market as well just in a few steps
away where you can find the freshest products of the season. Also big and small shops, supermarkets, shopping center are in the same line with the project and
famous “Cleopatra” beach.

Complex will consist of 2 blocks, 8 floors and 137 different kind of flats in total.

82 of them are 1 + 1 apartments, 27 of them are 2 + 1 apartments, 7 of them are 3 +1 apartments, 3 of them are 4 + 1 apartments, 14 of them are 2 + 1 duplexes and 4 of them are 3 + 1 duplexes.

We have a payment plan – 25% upon contract signature, 75% payment to be paid in equal monthly installments until the end of construction, which will be in December 2023.
