Project will be built on a 3370 m2 land. It will consist of 1 block, 12 floors and 84 apartments 1+1 in total with an area of 62 m2.

START OF CONSTRUCTION:30.01.2023
COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION: 30.06.2024

Our payment plan is being prepared until 30.12.2023. It can be paid in installments with a minimum down payment of 50% and the remaining amount, no more than every 3 months.
