Welcome to our new project in Mahmutlar!

Our  project has land area of ​​3.000 m², it is located 2500 meters from the sea, consists of 1 block, 12 floors and 84 apartments in total.

There will be 7 apartments on each floor, the infrastructure of the complex is located on the ground floor. Up to the 10th floor, all apartments have 1 + 1 layout, on the 11-th floor there are 6 penthouses with 2 + 1 layout and 1 penthouse with 3 + 1 layout.

We have payment plan – down payment 40%, interest-free installment payment until the end of construction.
